Norris Product Lines

Includes: Norris, Century & Designer Series Plans

Modular & HUD Code
These plans are 1 level homes and some are available with additions. Each plan shown is standard as a HUD Code but can be made into a modular home. These product lines offer a large range of price, square footage, and layouts.

LeConte Series
This product line includes Cape Cod plans, T & L shape homes available in 1 level and cape cod. These plans are only available in modular.

Vista Series

Full two story homes with 6/12 pitch roof, modular only. Check the plans out, impressive!!
