Cape Cod

  Cape Cod floor plans will give the capability of an upstairs that can be finished out by the new homeowner. The Norris Cape Cod has a 12/12 pitch roof, and can be optioned with the same options that are available in the Norris Series 1 level homes. Standard bottom level ceilings are 8 foot flat but can be upgraded to 9 foot flat ceilings. A 12/12 roof pitch is given to the Cape Cod models. Dormers can be added for extra light in top floor along with the change in exterior appearance.  

  T/L Floor plans can be in either a Cape Cod style or a 1 level home. These plans offer a different exterior appearance than traditional factory built houses. All Cape Cod's and T/L layouts are only available as a modular.

Cape Cod floor plans along with T and L floor plans are part of the LeConte Series product line. Cape Cod's come standard as a on-frame modular but are available as off-frame modular.
